2 कुरिन्थियों 6
डूए-रीम्स 1899
इस संस्करण के बारे में1And we helping do exhort you, that you receive not the grace of God in vain.
2For he saith: In an accepted time have I heard thee; and in the day of salvation have I helped thee. Behold, now is the acceptable time; behold, now is the day of salvation.
3Giving no offence to any man, that our ministry be not blamed:
4But in all things let us exhibit ourselves as the ministers of God, in much patience, in tribulation, in necessities, in distresses,
5In stripes, in prisons, in seditions, in labours, in watchings, in fastings,
6In chastity, in knowledge, in longsuffering, in sweetness, in the Holy Ghost, in charity unfeigned,
7In the word of truth, in the power of God; by the armour of justice on the right hand and on the left;
8By honour and dishonour, by evil report and good report; as deceivers, and yet true; as unknown, and yet known;
9As dying, and behold we live; as chastised, and not killed;
10As sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; as needy, yet enriching many; as having nothing, and possessing all things.
11Our mouth is open to you, O ye Corinthians, our heart is enlarged.
12You are not straitened in us, but in your own bowels you are straitened.
13But having the same recompense, (I speak as to my children,) be you also enlarged.
14Bear not the yoke with unbelievers. For what participation hath justice with injustice? Or what fellowship hath light with darkness?
15And what concord hath Christ with Belial? Or what part hath the faithful with the unbeliever?
16And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the living God; as God saith: I will dwell in them, and walk among them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
17Wherefore, Go out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing:
18And I will receive you; and I will be a Father to you; and you shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.

इस संस्करण के बारे में1Adjuvantes autem exhortamur ne in vacuum gratiam Dei recipiatis.
2Ait enim: Tempore accepto exaudivi te, et in die salutis adjuvi te. Ecce nunc tempus acceptabile, ecce nunc dies salutis.
3Nemini dantes ullam offensionem, ut non vituperetur ministerium nostrum:
4sed in omnibus exhibeamus nosmetipsos sicut Dei ministros in multa patientia, in tribulationibus, in necessitatibus, in angustiis,
5in plagis, in carceribus, in seditionibus, in laboribus, in vigiliis, in jejuniis,
6in castitate, in scientia, in longanimitate, in suavitate, in Spiritu Sancto, in caritate non ficta,
7in verbo veritatis, in virtute Dei, per arma justitiæ a dextris et a sinistris,

1But, as a help to you, we exhort you not to receive the grace of God in vain.
2For he says: “In a favorable time, I heeded you; and on the day of salvation, I helped you.” Behold, now is the favorable time; behold, now is the day of salvation.
3May we never give offense to anyone, so that our ministry may not be disparaged.
4But in all things, let us exhibit ourselves as ministers of God with great patience: through tribulation, difficulties, and distress;
5despite wounds, imprisonment, and rebellion; with hard work, vigilance, and fasting;
6by chastity, knowledge, and longsuffering; in pleasantness, in the Holy Spirit, and in unfeigned charity;
7with the Word of truth, with the power of God, and with the armor of justice to the right and to the left;
8through honor and dishonor, despite good reports and bad, whether seen as deceivers or truth-tellers, whether ignored or acknowledged;
9as if dying and yet truly alive; as if chastised and yet not subdued;
10as if sorrowful and yet always rejoicing; as if needy and yet enriching many; as if having nothing and possessing everything.
11Our mouth is open to you, O Corinthians; our heart is enlarged.
12You are not narrowed by us, but it is by your own inner selves that you are narrowed.
13But since we have the same recompense, (I am speaking as if to my own sons), you, too, should be enlarged.
14Do not choose to bear the yoke with unbelievers. For how can justice be a participant with iniquity? Or how can the fellowship of light be a participant with darkness?
15And how can Christ join together with Belial? Or what part do the faithful have with the unfaithful?
16And what consensus does the temple of God have with idols? For you are the temple of the living God, just as God says: “I will dwell with them, and I will walk among them. And I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
17Because of this, you must depart from their midst and be separate, says the Lord. And do not touch what is unclean.
18Then I will accept you. And I will be a Father to you, and you shall be sons and daughters to me, says the Lord Almighty.”
