Douay-Rheims 1899
Über diese AusgabePs 127 in dieser Fassung
1Blessed are all they that fear the Lord: that walk in his ways.
2For thou shalt eat the labours of thy hands: blessed art thou, and it shall be well with thee.
3Thy wife as a fruitful vine, on the sides of thy house.
4Behold, thus shall the man be blessed that feareth the Lord.
5May the Lord bless thee out of Sion: and mayest thou see the good things of Jerusalem all the days of thy life.
6And mayest thou see thy children’s children, peace upon Israel.

1Canticum graduum. [Beati omnes qui timent Dominum, qui ambulant in viis ejus.
2Labores manuum tuarum quia manducabis: beatus es, et bene tibi erit.
3Uxor tua sicut vitis abundans in lateribus domus tuæ; filii tui sicut novellæ olivarum in circuitu mensæ tuæ.
4Ecce sic benedicetur homo qui timet Dominum.
5Benedicat tibi Dominus ex Sion, et videas bona Jerusalem omnibus diebus vitæ tuæ.
6Et videas filios filiorum tuorum: pacem super Israël.]

Über diese AusgabePs 127 in dieser Fassung
1A Canticle in steps. Blessed are all those who fear the Lord, who walk in his ways.
2For you will eat by the labors of your hands. Blessed are you, and it will be well with you.
3Your wife is like an abundant vine on the sides of your house. Your sons are like young olive trees surrounding your table.
4Behold, so will the man be blessed who fears the Lord.
5May the Lord bless you from Zion, and may you see the good things of Jerusalem, all the days of your life.
6And may you see the sons of your sons. Peace be upon Israel.
