1Hijos de Isacar: Tolá, Fuá, Jasub y Simrón; cuatro.

2Hijos de Tolá: Ucí, Refaías, Jeriel, Jahmai, Jibsam y Samuel, jefes de las casas paternas de Tola; valientes guerreros (inscriptos) en los registros genealógicos, siendo su número en los días de David veinte y dos mil seiscientos.

3Hijos de Ucí: Israhías. Hijos de Israhías: Micael, Obadías, Joel y Jesías, en total cinco jefes.

4Tenían, además, según sus linajes y sus casas paternas, divisiones de tropas de guerra, en número de treinta y seis mil; pues tenían muchas mujeres e hijos,

5Sus hermanos de todas las familias de Isacar, valientes guerreros, eran ochenta y siete mil, inscriptos todos ellos en los registros genealógicos.

6Hijos de Benjamín: Bela, Béquer y Jediael; tres.

7Hijos de Bela: Esbón, Ucí, Uciel, Jerimor e Irí; cinco jefes de las casas paternas, valientes guerreros, inscriptos en los registros genealógicos en número de veinte y dos mil treinta y cuatro.

8Hijos de Béquer: Semirá, Joás, Eliéser, Elioenai, Amrí, Jeremot, Abías, Anatot y Almat; todos estos hijos de Béquer.

9Su registro genealógico, según sus linajes y jefes de sus casas paternas, abarcaba veinte mil doscientos valientes guerreros.

10Hijos de Jediael: Bilhán. Hijos de Bilhán: Jeús, Benjamín, Aod, Canaaná, Cetán, Tarsis y Ahisáhar:

11todos estos hijos de Jediael (contados) según los jefes de sus casas paternas, valientes guerreros en número de diez y siete mil doscientos, aptos para ir a la guerra.

12Supim y Hupim, hijos de Ir; y los Husim, hijos de Aher.

13Hijos de Neftalí: Jahaciel, Guní, Géser y Sellum; hijos de Bilhá.

14Hijos de Manasés: Asriel. Su concubina siria dio a luz a Maquir, padre de Galaad.

15Maquir tomó mujer de Hupim y Supim. Su hermana se llamaba Maacá. El nombre del segundo era Saliehad, el cual tuvo hijas.

16Maacá, mujer de Maquir, dio a luz un hijo, y llamó su nombre Peres; el nombre del hermano de este fue Seres, y sus hijos fueron Ulam y Réquem.

17Hijos de Ulam: Bedán. Estos son los hijos de Galaad, hijo de Maquir, hijo de Manasés.

18Su hermana Hamoléquet dio a luz a Ishod, a Abiéser y a Mahlá.

19Los hijos de Semidá fueron Ahían, Siquem, Liquí y Aniam.

20Hijos de Efraím: Sutela; Bered, su hijo; Táhat, su hijo; Eladá, su hijo; Táhat, hijo de él.

21Zabad, su hijo; Sutela, su hijo; Éser y Elad, a quienes mataron los hombres de Gat, naturales del país; porque habían bajado allá para quitarles sus ganados.

22Su padre Efraím los lloró muchos días, y sus hermanos vinieron a consolarle.

23Después entró a su mujer, la cual concibió y le dio un hijo, a quien llamó Berías, porque la desgracia estaba en su casa.

24Su hija fue Sara, la cual edificó a Bethorón, la de abajo y la de arriba; y también a Ucén-Sara.

25También fueron sus hijos Refa, y Résef, y Tela, su hijo; Tahán, su hijo;

26Ladán, su hijo; Amihud, su hijo; Elisamá, su hijo;

27Nun, su hijo; Josué, su hijo.

28Las posesiones de ellos y sus moradas eran: Betel con sus aldeas; al oriente Naarán, y al occidente Guézer con sus villas, y Siquem con sus villas, hasta Gaza y sus aldeas,

29quedando en manos de los hijos de Manasés, Betseán con sus aldeas, Tanac con sus aldeas, Megidó con sus aldeas, Dor con sus aldeas. En estas ciudades habitaron los hijos de José, hijo de Israel.

30Hijos de Aser: Imná, Isvá, Isví, Berías, y Sara, hermana de ellos.

31Hijos de Berías: Héber, y Malquiel, el cual fue padre de Birzavit.

32Héber engendró a Jaflet, Somer, Jotam y Suá, hermana de ellos.

33Hijos de Jaflet: Pasac, Bimhal y Asvat. Estos son los hijos de Jaflet.

34Hijos de Sémer: Ahí, Rohagá, Jehubá y Aram.

35Hijos de Hélem, su hermano: Zofah, Imná, Seles y Amal.

36Hijos de Zofah: Súah, Harnéfer, Sual, Berí, Imrá,

37Béser, Hod, Sammá, Silsá, Itrán y Beerá.

38Hijos de Jéter: Jefone, Pispa y Ara.

39Hijos de Ullá: Arah, Haniel, y Risiá.

40Todos estos eran hijos de Aser, jefes de casas paternas, hombres escogidos, valientes guerreros, jefes de príncipes. En los registros genealógicos estaban ellos inscriptos en número de veinte y seis mil hombres, aptos para el ejército y para la guerra.

9Numerati sunt autem per familias suas principes cognationum suarum ad bella fortissimi, viginti millia et ducenti.

10Porro filii Jadihel: Balan. Filii autem Balan: Jehus, et Benjamin, et Aod, et Chanana, et Zethan, et Tharsis, et Ahisahar:

11omnes hi filii Jadihel, principes cognationum suarum viri fortissimi, decem et septem millia et ducenti ad prælium procedentes.

12Sepham quoque et Hapham filii Hir: et Hasim filii Aher.

13Filii autem Nephthali: Jaziel, et Guni, et Jeser, et Sellum, filii Bala.

14Porro filius Manasse, Esriel: concubinaque ejus Syra peperit Machir patrem Galaad.

15Machir autem accepit uxores filiis suis Happhim, et Saphan: et habuit sororem nomine Maacha: nomen autem secundi, Salphaad, natæque sunt Salphaad filiæ.

16Et peperit Maacha uxor Machir filium, vocavitque nomen ejus Phares: porro nomen fratris ejus, Sares: et filii ejus, Ulam, et Recen.

23Ingressusque est ad uxorem suam: quæ concepit, et peperit filium, et vocavit nomen ejus Beria, eo quod in malis domus ejus ortus esset:

24filia autem ejus fuit Sara, quæ ædificavit Bethoron inferiorem et superiorem, et Ozensara.

25Porro filius ejus Rapha, et Reseph, et Thale, de quo natus est Thaan,

26qui genuit Laadan: hujus quoque filius Ammiud, qui genuit Elisama,

27de quo ortus est Nun, qui habuit filium Josue.

28Possessio autem eorum et habitatio, Bethel cum filiabus suis, et contra orientem Noran, ad occidentalem plagam Gazer et filiæ ejus, Sichem quoque cum filiabus suis, usque ad Aza cum filiabus ejus.

29Juxta filios quoque Manasse, Bethsan et filias ejus, Thanach et filias ejus, Mageddo et filias ejus, Dor et filias ejus: in his habitaverunt filii Joseph, filii Israël.

30Filii Aser: Jemna, et Jesua, et Jessui, et Baria, et Sara soror eorum.

31Filii autem Baria: Heber, et Melchiel: ipse est pater Barsaith.

32Heber autem genuit Jephlat, et Somer, et Hotham, et Suaa sororem eorum.

33Filii Jephlat: Phosech, et Chamaal, et Asoth: hi filii Jephlat.

34Porro filii Somer: Ahi, et Roaga, et Haba, et Aram.

35Filii autem Helem fratris ejus: Supha, et Jemna, et Selles, et Amal.

36Filii Supha: Sue, Harnapher, et Sual, et Beri, et Jamra,

37Bosor, et Hod, et Samma, et Salusa, et Jethran, et Bera.

38Filii Jether: Jephone, et Phaspha, et Ara.

39Filii autem Olla: Aree, et Haniel, et Resia.

40Omnes hi filii Aser, principes cognationum, electi atque fortissimi duces ducum: numerus autem eorum ætatis quæ apta esset ad bellum, viginti sex millia.

2The sons of Thola: Ozi and Raphaia, and Jeriel, and Jemai, and Jebsem, and Samuel, chiefs of the houses of their kindreds. Of the posterity of Thola were numbered in the days of David, two and twenty thousand six hundred most valiant men.

3The sons of Ozi: Izrahia, of whom were born Michael, and Obadia, and Joel, and Jesia, five all great men.

4And there were with them by their families and peoples, six and thirty thousand most valiant men ready for war: for they had many wives and children.

5Their brethren also throughout all the house of Issachar, were numbered fourscore and seven thousand most valiant men for war.

6The sons of Benjamin were Bela, and Bechor, and Jadihel, three.

7The sons of Bela: Esbon, and Ozi, and Ozial, and Jerimoth and Urai, five chiefs of their families, and most valiant warriors, and their number was twenty-two thousand and thirty-four.

8And the sons of Bechor were Zamira, and Joas, and Eliezer, and Elioenai, and Amai, and Jerimoth, and Abia, and Anathoth, and Almath: all these were the sons of Bechor.

9And they were numbered by the families, heads of their kindreds, most valiant men for war, twenty thousand and two hundred.

10And the son of Jadihel: Balan. And the sons of Balan: Jehus and Benjamin and Aod, and Chanana, and Zethan and Tharsis, and Ahisahar.

11All these were sons of Jadihel, heads of their kindreds, most valiant men, seventeen thousand and two hundred fit to go out to war.

12Sepham also and Hapham the sons of Hir: and Hasim the sons of Aher.

13And the sons of Nephtali were Jasiel, and Guni, and Jezer, and Sellum, sons of Bala.

14And the son of Manasses, Ezriel: and his concubine the Syrian bore Machir the father of Galaad.

15And Machir took wives for his sons Happhim, and Saphan: and he had a sister named Maacha: the name of the second was Salphaad, and Salphaad had daughters.

16And Maacha the wife of Machir bore a son, and she called his name Phares: and the name of his brother was Sares: and his sons were Ulam and Recen.

17And the son of Ulam, Baden. These are the sons of Galaad, the son of Machir the son of Manasses.

18And his sister named Queen bore Goodlyman, and Abiezer, and Mohola.

19And the sons of Semida were Ahiu, and Sechem, and Leci and Aniam.

20And the sons of Ephraim were Suthala, Bared his son, Thahath his son, Elada his son, Thahath his son, and his son Zabad,

28And their possessions and habitations were Bethel with her daughters, and eastward Noran, and westward Gazer and her daughters, Sichem also with her daughters, as far as Ass with her daughters.

29And by the borders of the sons of Manasses Bethsan and her daughters, Thanach and her daughters, Mageddo and her daughters: Dor and her daughters: in these dwelt the children of Joseph, the son of Israel.

30The children of Aser were Jemna, and Jesua, and Jessui, and Baria, and Sara their sister.

31And the sons of Baria: Haber, and Melchiel: he is the father of Barsaith.

32And Heber beget Jephlat, and Somer, and Hotham, and Suaa their sister.

33The sons of Jephlat: Phosech, and Chamaal, and Asoth: these are the sons of Jephlat.

34And the sons of Somer: Ahi, and Roaga, and Haba, and Aram.

35And the sons of Helem his brother: Supha, and Jemna, and Selles, and Amal.

36The sons of Supha: Sue, Hernapher, and Sual, and Beri, and Jamra.

40All these were sons of Aser, heads of their families, choice and most valiant captains of captains: and the number of them that were of the age that was fit for war, was six and twenty thousand.
